Something doesn’t smell right. Secret Service guys must be (or at least used to be) tested very high for both fitness and intelligence. They shouldn’t have a problem picking up nearly any woman they want.
I can’t imagine one of those guys paying single dollar for this ho. I suspect they got drunk, were ‘treated well’ and then surprised with a bill the next morning. It happens all the time, even in the US.

As the old adage goes “you don’t pay a prostitutes for sex, you pay them to leave.” With hookers you pay for animity, part of the “contract”.
Picking up a female who is just your usual slut for a one night stand introduces blackmail, pregnancy, and ‘Fatal Attractions’.
