What a MESS, eh? The state is Alice in Wonderland here. They start out with not enough evidence to arrest the guy- NOW they try to find enough evidence to convict him of 2nd degree murder. Pppffftttt...
]]

Eactly- This si a clear cut case of prosecutorial misconduct, and by all riughts, it is the prosecutors who should be on trial for falsely arresting george zimmerman in the hopes that somethign later will stick- this is nothing but a stinkign fishing expedition- with hte state hoping that somethign will crop up later that will prove bad for george- apaprently now the state has the ‘right’ to simply bring false charges and falsely arrest whomeever they like? apparnetly civilians have no protection agaisnt false imprisonment

stand your ground was supposed to prevent the obsessive prosecutor who abhored people engaging in self defense.

BTW prosecutors are allowed to carry the same way as any law enforcement. (also judges carry and can pass through metal detectores without issue)
