I tend to agree. This is about the conventions.
I can’t see it passing SCOTUS muster. But that would
keep it on the books long enough to get through both

Yeah, the conventions are going to lead to the test case that gets it thrown out.
I think the DNC made a big mistake picking a mostly black Democrat city surrounded by MILES AND MILES AND MILES of hardcore Republican areas. Baltimore might be a safe choice, Cleveland may work, but Charlotte? You have to be kidding me.
This September is gonna hurt for him, and I’m gonna take a personal day off to go up to Charlotte with Obama eating dogs and begging for European gas prices.
