The EPA will soon ban all cars that can make their tires smoke by accelerating. There is a safety exemption that allows smoking tires produce by rapid braking. However the new black box will determine if the driver was at fault and, if so, appropriate fines will be charged to their credit card. No credit card? No one will be allowed to purchase a new or used car or license plates without having a major credit card.
