It really doesn't matter. The die has been cast. Zimmerman can not be acquitted. If he does not go to prison, Holder's people will be rioting, as they did in the MLK and Rodney King riots. White officials in Florida are scared shi*less over the possibility of such riots so Zimmerman will be tried until a conviction is obtained.

I disagree. I think Zimmerman will be acquitted and everyone involved in this case knows it. They are simply trying to string out the case until the political content evaporates and then they will drop charges at 11:59 PM on a Friday night.
Most likely scenario is that the investigation will be strung out into 2013 and then simply dropped. Perhaps as people are watching a hurricane come in.
The politicians who have been hyping this case have suddenly become very quiet and I think they have been told that this dog will not hunt.

You know what, let it happen. I’m tired of hearing this and having their threats hanging over our heads like Damocles’ sword.
They will use this every time and the race pimps will get bolder and bolder.
It’s time to call their bluff and eliminate this threat. If they riot, they need to be dealt with everywhere it happens. If Holder reacts likes the Nazi’s did on Krystalnacht and ignores the criminals, people will take care of their own.
I’m not an advocate for violence but I don’t see any way for this threat to go away unless we call them on it.
They’ll find out like they did with the Koreans in LA that people will protect their lives, their family’s lives and property and frankly, people are sick and tired of this race card B.S.

Actually, given the "evidence" presented at his hearing I'm surprised he was ever charged.
I'm no "fan" of Zimmerman. I think his actions that night precipitated in the killing of a young man but the prosecution's case is just too weak for conviction. Manslaughter...maybe but certainly not Second degree murder.
Load up for bear. Expect heavy rioting after an "not guilty" verdict is released.

If Zimmerman is convicted, I'm going to take the attitude of the heroes in Athens, Tennessee: "There is no law in McMinn County."
The "law" went over the line in the bond hearing yesterday:
The officer on the stand made reference to the alleged broken nose. Zimmermans attorney offered him the hospital records but than turned to the prosecution table and said it was better that they had them.
If the State screws over George, they can screw over the rest of us peasants, anytime they want to.
