To some with reasonable minds, it may appear that George Zimmerman got out of the truck in response to a request from the 911 dispatcher:

Dispatcher: Which entrance is that that he's heading towards?

IMMEDIATELY after the operator asks for the direction of flight, Zimmerman leaves his vehicle. Less than one second after the question is asked, you can hear the door open and the beeping from still having the keys in the ignition. That's about as direct a response as you'll ever see. It's at the 2:05 mark in the call:

But, but, but....Clara Lou sez he shouldn’t have gotten out. How can you go on to prove that Z was doing his civic duty by protecting his neighborhood at the request of the dispatcher!!??
