What part of "all persons born...in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the states wherein they reside."

Is THAT hard for you to understand?

As for this: Refusal to respect the Constitution and defy it may be punishable as a High Crime and Misdemeanor against the republican form of government mandated by the U.S. Constitution.

LOL good luck with that one...defying the Constitution is one thing, having a different interpretation is HARDLY disrespecting it.

Some people who are born in the United States and are subject to the jurisdiction thereof are NOT U.S. citizens. Why is it so difficult for you to understand the plainly written Constitution and U.S. Code?

There are more than a million U.S. Citizens who ended up in early graves as a direct consequence of believing they could use armed force to impose a different interpretation of the U.S. Constitution. Your LOL comment appears to indicate that you have no respect for the memory of their tragically mistaken sacrifices for the sake of a fraud.
