SANFORD, Fla. - George Zimmerman was released around midnight Monday from a county jail on $150,000 bail as he awaits his second-degree murder trial for fatally shooting Trayvon Martin.
The neighborhood watch volunteer was wearing a brown jacket and blue jeans and carrying a paper bag. He met a man in a white vehicle and drove away. His ultimate destination is being kept secret for his safety and it could be outside Florida.
Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester said at a hearing Friday he cannot have any guns and must observe a 7 p.m.-to-6 a.m. curfew. Zimmerman also surrendered his passport....

It was the propaganda war of those who tried to demonize Zimmerman and beatify Martin that provoked and justified the response you condemn. It began with the juxtaposition of old angelic photos of Martin against old & doctored demonic photos of Zimmerman, and continued with a media doctored 911 audio to make Zimmerman sound like he told the police that Martin's race was why he was calling 911 and then a police lockup video in which the media deliberately obscured obvious marks on Zimmerman's skull so hey could claim "no sign of injury."
If you want to retain any appearance of honesty, stick to the recent photos and activities of both, and save your propaganda for liberal blog sites and associates.

AFAIK, it’s Constitutional because he’s released on the whim of the court, and thus subject to re-incarceration on the whim of the court - and the court is just specifying what whims those may entail. When incarcerated, the suspect has no rights of possession or movement; bail may eliminate the walls but limits on possession or movement continue at the court’s discretion. Put another way: if he doesn’t like it, he can return to jail on his own.

If you looked hard enough, I’m sure you could find a neighbor or former neighbor of mine who’d describe me as a “fat Charles Manson” or “that guy who didn’t mow his lawn often enough” or some such. Most of Mr. Zimmerman’s neighbors and townsfolk who’ve talked to the press told of his campaign to seek justice for the black homeless man.
