SPIN:
While a decision to uphold the strict Arizona law would be a legal defeat for the Obama administration, some scholars predict it could help the president politically by boosting turnout among the nation's 21 million voting-age Hispanics.

Just like every other scheme to give Obama’s record a big smoke screen.

False nonsense. What’s the use of pissing off the illegals when the SC will also decide on Obamacare which is ten times more idiotic than AZ’s law.

"It is the national government that has ultimate responsibility to regulate the treatment of aliens while on American soil, because it is the nation as a whole, not any single state, that must respond to the international consequences of such treatment,"AB-SO-LUTE CRAP!
Substitute "in your home" for "on American soil" and substitute "hope and change(s)" for "international consequences" and you're getting very close to the true picture.

""It is the national government that has ultimate responsibility to regulate the treatment of aliens while on American soil, because it is the nation as a whole, not any single state, that must respond to the international consequences of such treatment," Solicitor General Donald Verrilli Jr. wrote."
Never knew the "treatment" of illegal aliens was a fedgov jurisdiction. I realize the the fedgov has a responsibility to control our borders, but "treatment"? What does that mean?
"International consequences...?" That pretty much says it all. Just bring UN Human Rights Council enforcers in and do away with out state laws. Let's start with Arizona first. Please let it happen. Talk about a flashpoint for RWII ---- be right there folks.

O’bummer’s front team just getting ready to turn any bad outcome(s) into a positive.
It’s okay to get molested at airport security but checking for illegals is going to far.
Up is down, black is white.
