The artist, Michael DAntuono calls this A Tale Of Two Hoodies, and claims: this painting symbolizes the travesty of racially profiling innocent children and how present day prejudices affect policy
Actually, it appears a far better representation of the complete over-the-top media portrayal of the entire incident. This IS the image intentionally and falsely constructed by:

I think I missed the original story on this.
Regardless, not surprised at the portrayal of cops as KKK. I mean, we’ve been hearing about how cops pull black people over more, and how horrible white cops are...just watch the movie Crash for evidence of that. That movie all but made me barf.
