This is the most disgusting scandal I’ve ever seen.
The program was clearly designed with no regard for public safety and at best was malfeasance. Holder should have resigned in disgrace.

You never know, he still might. The problem is that the House has no real power to make a binding subpoena. Only the Senate has that power.
From what she was saying Obama, Neapolitano, and Holder are neck deep in this and each one should see jail time. The only viable option now is for Brewer to bring criminal charges against Holder in an Arizona court. If she does, it will be one hell of a summer.

There really can’t be an indictment or arrest unless the Justice Dept. delivers justice - which it wont.
I’m thinking the next step is the Brewer files Arizona state arms smuggling charges against Holder or something like it. Once it gets started it will be one hell of a sh*tstorm.
The DOJ is stonewalling when asked to testify they claim ongoing investigation. When pressed on FOIA requests they wait as long as possible then they deliver partial or already released docs.
Their response is legalistic and designed to save their bacon. It’s not designed to find out who authorized the sale of weapons to the men who’ve murdered 2 federal agents and killed countless Mexicans. It’s obvious they know who is responsible.
All so they could demonize gun dealers. Reprehensible.
