I agree and in reality he is ONLY a resident! Never say anything higher than that about barry. Keep him to the level he is at and not rise him with words to the level he wants! It gives the weak a defeatist attitude - Mark should know that.
Our "outmoded" constitution and its division of powers is the only thing between us and an absolute dictatorship. I truly believe the Progressives would give us just that, featuring King Barry I, if they only could.
