Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz believes the prosecution team in the George Zimmerman case should be investigated to see if they committed a criminal act.
On the Glenn Beck radio program today, Professor Dershowitz said he does not believe the Florida prosecution team had sufficient evidence to charge George Zimmerman with second degree murder in the death of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida. Unless there is additional evidence, Dershowitz believes the second degree murder charge is baseless. Dershowitz added that he does not see any justification for the prosecution to withhold evidence.
Furthermore, in an explosive charge, Dershowitz said he believes the Florida prosecution, may be guilty of committing an ethical violation, and potentially may have committed a criminal act by charging Zimmerman with second degree murder. If the prosecution had access to a photograph showing the bloodied head of Mr. Zimmerman, taken immediately after the incident on February 26, there was no basis for a second degree murder charge, according to Dershowitz. If it were proven that the prosecution had access to the photograph, and filed a second degree murder charge anyway, Dershowitz believes they may be guilty of Subornation of perjury which is a very serious charge.

Seems not...but have to say my opinion of Derschowitz has been elevated by the way he’s addressed this. Not so much a partisan hack as I’d thought.
This is not only what they expected. This is exactly what that had panned on.
Dershowitz would make a GREAT Justice of the SCOTUS. His objectivity is astounding in this era of bastardization of the law based on fear and political correctness. RIGHT ON, DERSH!

I have always liked real liberals that are true to their values. The PC march in step with the Dim party every step to the hard left control of all aspects of society Dims are not my cup of tea by any means, but an honest liberal like Dershowitz or Hitchens is hard to dislike even you on many if not most issues strongly disagree with them.
Dershowitz occasionally surprises me. He’s a liberal, but not an ideologue. His position on Israel is strong. His book on counterterrorism was legit and thoughtful. His position on torture in terrorist interrogations is reasoned.

Zimmerman had to spend $15,000 on bond that he won`t get back if he had to use a bondsman. So, if this gets thrown out they at bare minimum owe him $15,000. The bondsman did it for 10%. Here in NC, the max is 15%. NON-REFUNDABLE with very few exceptions.

The affidavit makes a claim that is simply UNTRUE.
