NK has removed most of the “rats talk” from their site http://175.45.176.68/InterEn/

the key issues are now KPA’s 80th Birthday under Presence of Kim Jong Un and Kim Jong Un Congratulates Opening of Mansugyo Meat and Fish Shop, i.e. entertainment and food.

Can this be interpreted as an indication that that they will go back to the normal crazy level, and perhaps that the probability for a nuclear test has been reduced?

I believe it's too early to tell they are really calming down. Chicom could have been annoyed and ask NK to tone down the rhetoric but am not sure about NK backing down on nuke test.

According to the tenants and tactics of Sun Tzu, it could purport precisely the opposite.

Remember their surprise blitzkrieg the early morning of June 25, 1950 which surprised the hell out of everyone, including General Doug MacArthur (RIP).
