Jimmy Carter is an old tool who voted for Obama so that Carter would no longer be the worst president in US history.

Of course Carter wants Obama to lose. If Obama loses, then it cements him in as the worst president ever and Jimmy is only second. No telling, given another term, Obama might wise up and prove that he isn’t worse than Carter.
