I believe Sotomayor is going to rule against the mandate in obamacare as well.
Just a hunch. I think she is alot more conservative than we think.

That would not be surprising to me. I’m reading todays transcript. She appears sane.

I think she is alot more conservative than we think. Heh ... I think the "Wise Latina" is a flat-out communist ...
So there's lots of room for her to be "more conservative than [I] think".

And sweet heaven above, wouldn't that be a little bit of golden justice for all of the Republican-appointed liberals to the bench over the years? Wouldn't it feel good to see the liberals squirm over one of their appointments?

That’s interesting, because a woman I work with, who is hispanic, was practically guaranteeing that Sotomayor would vote against the administration on ObamaCare. Maybe she knows someone who knows someone who knows someone....
My God, do you suppose Sotomayor may turn out to be the Democrats’ David Souter?

Since the O’care hearings, I’ve had the feeling that at least one of the D-appointed justices, maybe up to 3, would join in an opinion declaring at least the mandate part unconstitutional.
