To: Jim Robinson

You and me both Jim. I just can’t understand why the GOP rejects being a permanent majority party. But they can’t stop the Tea Party long term. We’ll be tea partying for a long time.

We have learned some valuable lessons though:

We conservatives single-handedly devastated the GOP in 2006 by staying home.

In 2010, the GOP was largely powerless to stop conservatism.

In 2014, I don’t see any reasons why we can’t roll them. And 2018, and beyond. We can own the GOP in every off-presidential year election and there’s not a thing they can do to stop it.

Remember the Harlem Globetrotters basketball team? The Washington Generals' job was to lose every game to them, and they were paid as well as the winners.

Sure, it was just exhibition sport, but I think the same thing applies in a way to the Dems and the Repukes.
