Seriously? Get real. Romney's judicial picks while Governor of Massachusetts would have made Obama proud. The majority of them were/are hard left.
If you're worried about what sort of people will wind up on the Supreme Court after 2013, you'd better start working your tail off on the US Senate races, because that's where the next high court picks will be confirmed or denied.
