Oh I do recall that as I wrote during one of the open comment periods against just such a law/rule. The last time Sen. John McCain was one of the supporters and sponsors of taking suppliments away!

Obama signs legislation to make supplements and alternative health remedies illegal and that was in 2010.

C'mon, folks, this is old-hat, hard-line, Stalinism at work.

First destroy the education system so that your upcoming generations know only what you want them to know, then starve them so that mental development is inhibited and so that physical size and strength are lessened--North Korea is a perfect example--making the population more tractable.

Obama's trying to build a two-tiered society of elite leaders--well fed, well cared for, and well heeled--and the masses who are starved and stupid . . . and completely dependent upon the elites for their existence.
