The bottled water bylaw passed at this year’s Town Meeting bans the sale of non-sparkling, unflavored drinking water in single-serving polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles of 1 liter (34 ounces) or less in Concord on or after Jan. 1, 2013.

Coming next year, the 35 ounce two serving bottle. Share it with a friend - but don't you dare drink it in one shot by yourself.

LOL. Or have a new flavor of “Coca Cola” that is made with water only. Or have a flavored water that has barely a hint of flavor.
