I got elected. Before I was eligible to serve, I had to literally wait to be sworn in because I wasnt eligible under the Constitution. You must be 30 years old.So how did he get on the ballot then and get elected if he was not yet eligible ?????

Birthday Nov. 20, therefore he was 30 when his his term started.
