Truman had no clue about the war or the Bomb, he knew nothing about the communists in FDR's inner circle, so he popped a couple nukes before the State Department got him under control and we proceeded to invent the kings X war in Korea. Nothing has been the same since then, nor will it likely ever be.
I saw Putin bragging about a new Zombie Ray they have been testing they Zap people and they just become Zombie like. Figure they already been testing it here on the Congressional Black Caucus, and the press corp.
