Obama Never Declared Peace Prize as Income / Deduction.

So if a lottery winner donated it all to charity, could they just leave it off their taxes? Don't think so.

“The president's 2009 income does NOT include the $1.4 million he got for winning the Nobel Peace Prize, the White House statement said, because Obama donated it all to 10 charities.”

And he never mentions what charities got the money!

Charitable giving deductions are limited to 50% of income.

So it would be interesting to know what the declared income was AND the amount of tax paid.
