The Russians will learn hardened techniques of how to properly read terrorists their miranda rights. They will be instructed how to lay low, following the Rules of Engagement, and wait to engage the enemy until they themselves draw first blood.
They'll learn that along with all the valuable tactics.
Then they'll disregard all the PC crap, take the terrorists alive and torture every last bit of intel from 'em, and keep it to themselves after they kill 'em.
They already pressure terrorists to emigrate West by hunting them relentlessly.
