Well, the Russian missile uses a ramjet after launch unlike the AGM-78. And for what it's worth, the USN purchased a handful of stripped-down variants of the KH-31 in the 90s.

you mean "thin with a point"?

Fin wings are not the same functionally or aerodynamically as ramjet sustainer intakes.
