Why is this not murder?
The first hit was negligent but the driving over the child the second time was deliberate.
Just not getting this lack of punishment.

Just look at the picture of the murderer. Gwinnett County is now a white minority population. It is, no doubt, another justice for trayvon episode.
The driver was Black. The Child was White.
If the driver had been White and the child Black, you can rest assured that the charge would have been murder. A/l/A George Zimmerman.
