Teens Raid Million Dollar Homes To Party
North County Mansions Targetted By Local Teens For Massive Parties
RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. -- Multi-million dollar homes in the North County are being raided by local teenagers for underground parties. 10News reports that in the month of April alone, three massive parties in vacant homes were busted.
The San Diego county sheriff's department is calling on parents and residents to be on the look-out for this dangerous trend.
In Rancho Santa Fe a vacant home in the 18000 block of Avenida Alondra was targetted. The $5 million - 10,000 square foot mansion was host to nearly 400 teenagers.
Deputies found drugs, alcohol and a live DJ. 10News even found a twitter invitation for the party.
"These parties are just hard to control. We are hoping that parents will help us. The teens just scatter and it's a safety issue for the public and for them," said Lt. Kelly Martinez.
The house owner and realtor had no clue. Property manager Martine Andre said she was shocked.
"The house was trashed. Vomit, cigarette butts, bottles everywhere. I no longer list homes as "vacant" because they just googled vacant homes, and they found it," commented Andre.
Neighbor Ashlee Enriquez blew the whistle on the party goers when she saw them coming down the road in droves, visibly intoxicated. Deputies arrived on the ground and by a helicopter.
"Right when the helicopter came kids went everywhere. We looked out the window and we saw kids running and jumping the fence. They were hiding in our bushes for hours afraid to come out and get in trouble. There was liquor bottles everywhere," Enriquez said.
Lt. Martinez said the party trend was made popular by the movie Project X, where characters throw an out of control rave. One house there was (sic) holes kicked in the dry wall. Damages were at 50 grand. Deputies rolled up and the kids were jumping off 12 feet (sic) balconies.
Deputies say they are still investigating. Several teens have been detained, but so far no arrests.
I hope the homes were the LA movie producers’ of the recent dumbass film that glorified teens trashing houses doing just this.
“The teens just scatter and it’s a safety issue for the public and for them,” said Lt. Kelly Martinez.
Screw the homeowner, were just concerned for the yoots safety.
400 teenagers and no arrests?
The police should be fired.
A dead one would have gone unnoticed, apparently...
Of course there, a tar-paper shack is probably worth a million dollars.
This happened to my brother in Blackhawk last year. They were on vacation. Home was trashed. Vomit and other bodily fluids all over. Pretty sure it was local highschool kids.
Remember that the next time you wonder liberals of every age act like they do, or why Leftists reward them for not growing up at all - ever.
Good way to get shot, breaking into houses
Is Blackhawk in California?
If you can afford a fancy home in a fancy area you can afford a “rent-a-Cop” with a couple of 16ga. pump shotguns loaded slug-buck-slug-buck!
16ga? The haven’t made those things since 1969 or so.
They are hoping the parents will help. Ya know, the same parents who give their children the money and freedom to party all night. Who has a home like that without security driving by? Hollywood created these kids, now they are complaining? How ironic.
As the article said -— VACANT. There are many, many homes that are bank owned or in foreclosure and people have moved.
Nice piece of stick, eh?
Sweet! Definitely a Collector’s Item, now. I’d rather use a 12ga on ‘em, w/ .00 buck.
A 2 3/4” 12 gauge 00 Buck contains 9 .33 caliber pellets. A 2 3/4” 16 gauge 1 Buck contains 12 .30 caliber pellets.
That load was highly favored for deer hunting in brush down south for many years.
It’s what I keep in my Winchester Model 12 for the home.
My lawyer baby brother lives in Rancho Santa Fe. But his home is occupied by a large Wiemaraner, so no worries.
Good point, TS.
This is the load I use:
in both my Remy 1887 24” Deer Synthetic Autoloader:
and Remy 870 Tactical 24” Blackhawk Pump:
Both have FFL-modified-legal barrels.
I call them my "Purple People Eaters".
THAT’s going to leave a “SMUDGE”! Nice load.
Dear millionaires, I am available to house sit.
70% of “men” are not grown up by age 30.
Compare this to the time of Almonzo Wilder...
If you land a party pad, let me know!
We can dream...
If the houses aren’t being destroy, can we assume these are NOT black kids... but ‘other’....
Lt. Martinez said... One house there was (sic) holes kicked in the dry wall. Damages were at 50 grand. Deputies rolled up and the kids were jumping off 12 feet (sic) balconies.
