The shooter was in a car. Why didn’t he simply flee? Clear case of 2nd degree murder. /sarc

Actually, without a Stand Your Ground law, the man who defended himself against the little thug would have a duty to flee, rather than use deadly force. SYG is common sense. Anything but Stand Your Ground is absolute insanity, that treats violent criminals like “victims” and victims like criminals.

to take a bullet in the back in order to avoid prosecution. A bullet in the back for the robbery victim would turn the heinous murder of a little boy into an accidental shooting by an autonomous gun.
