I thought those Red Light Tickets were CIVIL not CRIMINAL concerns.
If there is nothing the State can do to you, ignore it.

Maybe you could write a check, copy it, and e-mail it in- but seriously, I’ve heard that they can’t be enforced in TX, but I don’t actually know anyone that has ignored one.

My previous Boss had the same issue. He went to Court on the assigned date, I don't recall what his argument angle was. He was still found guilty, but the fine was cut in half, which was what he was after. In California, that was a big chunk of change.

In my state, you can’t renew your license or registration if any unpaid tickets (including red light/speed camera tickets) are unpaid. They essentially have you across a barrel.
