While Warren’s great great great grandmother, named O.C. Sarah Smith, is listed on a electronic transcript of a 1894 marriage application as Cherokee, the genealogists are unable to find the actual record or a photograhic copy of it

That sounds vaguely familiar, for some reason...

Rush just played Granny Warren’s whiny statement about how she was using this Indian ploy to meet friends. Wow - as one person posted on the Boston Herald website, times are bleak for Pinochiohantus!

“The Harvard Law professor”

That explains a lot...

Warren: My Grandfather Had High Cheekbones ‘Like All the Indians Do’

Speaking to a reporter on a local news station in Boston, Democratic Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts cited her ancestor’s “high cheekbones” (quoting an aunt) as evidence of her Native American heritage:

So the RATS tell us Warren is Native American but George Zimmerman is White? Only in the liberal cesspool that is the Lamestream Media.

A copy of the marriage license itself has been located, but unlike the application, it does not list Smith’s ethnicity...

In other words, the application is "Fake But Accurate".

Elizabeth reminds me of another phony 'Native American' bilking the system - Ward Churchill.

And like all good democrats, a brazen and compulsive liar. How many different stories has she told about this at this point?!

Astounding that this election is even close. An indictment of MA and the ignorance of the general voting public.

“What does he think it takes for a woman to be qualified?”

Nice attempt at misdirection, Liz. Amazing how quickly and consistently liberals do this (suggest that sexism, racism, etc. are the reason for someone's criticism of them, rather than the facts).

???
What does that mean? She didn't manufacture the claim all by herself?

Prediction: In the next 2 weeks some Indian tribe will step forward to claim her as her own, and will produce reams of authentic looking documents to back up their claim.

They will then enjoy an influx of Federal largesse to their reservation not seen in a century, thanks to the Democrat Party.

anyone else remember that democrat from the NorthEast that said he was a war hero or something?

He was running against that “not a witch” woman, I recall.

“people like me”?

You mean Americans with family lore that there is some Native American ancestry somewhere way back?

We call those “White people”.

That is hardly a “unique perspective” that racial diversity is supposedly providing.
