“.......I wish we had some “Mourdocks” running in Tn against Coker and Alexander. Alexander MUST GO!”
*************************************************************
Their time will come if they try to obstruct the ongoing realignment/change in composition of Senate Republicans from majority RINO/CINO to majority TRUE CONSERVATIVE. That change in composition will, in turn, lead to a change in Senate Republican leadership. Won’t that be wonderful!

First of all, Ft. Wayne went R in 2008, despite all the other big towns voting D for Obama.

Secondly, Donnelly barely managed to beat Walorski in his 2010 congressional race.

Thirdly, the only reason Donnelly is in contention this time is because Mourdock doesn’t have the same name recognition as Lugar. Once Mourdock beats Lugar, that should change some.

Finally, Mike Pence should have huge coattails.

I like Mourdock’s chances.

I disagree with your contention that Evansville is the only reliable R town. In my personal observation over the years, the only reliable D towns/areas are Indianapolis and the region (Gary/South Bend). Normally, Indiana votes conservative for national offices. 2008 was an exception (much to my embarrassment). Most large towns went D in 2008 because of the youth vote. The towns that went D all have universities. In the case of Terre Haute, there are three.

“Then if you have any courage you fight. You fight and at least make your party leaders pay for their arrogance.”

And all the while you watch as they leave your district behind. Your district, that means every single thing that may come to the floor for the house for a vote will not count for your district.

There are those who have courage and are fools, and there are those that have courage and are devious. Looks as if you are for the former which will leave you standing with nothing to show for your trouble. In this regard, I have to give it to Ron Paul. The SOB knew how to game the system and got away with it. This isnt a union of states any longer.

That works just fine when you have a conservative district. Do that in another district and you will find yourself with a socialist as your rep giving handouts to his pals. Much like Stupak did.
