How can he file additional papers with the Court after the case has been submitted? Can the other side respond to this? The Court should not even read this submission otherwise.

And this has nothing to do with the case. A problem with Medicare is not for the Court to correct but for the legislature to pass legislation to address.

This is absurd.

Ahh a financial issues for the financial genius of congress to work on. I feel better already about the fate of medicare.

Congress is “great” with balancing budgets.
