Let's wade into an argument, and on what may well be the losing side.
The most recent polls suggest Dick Lugar, the senior U.S. senator from Indiana, first elected in 1976, is on track to lose his primary on Tuesday. I hope he doesn't for a number of reasons but one big one: the Senate needs grown-ups.

You can’t send someone back who never left! He’s been living in D.C. for 36 years!!!!!!! Hasn’t lived in his home state of Indiana ANY of those years. And, uses his old address as some kind of root system to say he’s a hoosier! The woman who lives in that house can’t understand how it is possible for him to be associated with the address.

This guy has been in Washington so long he not only does not know what it is like to live in the real world, he does not even know what the real world is like anymore.
To him, Washington is the one and only real world he knows or even cares about.
This is why he needs to go away.
There should be an age limit if we cannot get term limits..
