COMPTON, Calif. (KTLA) -- A Compton school board member has taken a leave of absence after outrage sparked over inflammatory comments he made about shooting victim Trayvon Martin on an internet podcast.
Civil rights groups are calling for Skyy Fisher's resignation after he unleashed a profanity-laced tirade on an internet podcast during which he referred to Trayvon Martin a "f****t black dude" and called his own school Superintendent a "b***h."

He was a fail from the moment he was named “Skyy,” anyway.
Good point, now that you mention it. I missed that one - Skyy - completely. I remember the “Sky King” TV Show in the 50s, but “Skyy”?
School Board members outrank school Superintendents. Time that Board member exercised his authority.
I was thinking it rhymed with “maggot.”
A name like that could warp a person for life.
