What kind of parent allows a 12-year old girl out on the streets at 10:30 at night?

Maybe a parent who is also her pimp.

I think I've been living in the rural back hills of Tennessee too long. The stupid things people in cities do amaze me sometimes. I can't imagine living in a place like Chicago or Memphis or any big city as far as that goes.

I'll never forget the first time my Dad drove us through downtown Chattanooga late one night. I was only about 10 but I was hanging out the window looking at all the lights and people. Suddenly I squealed “look at all those pretty women standing under the lights”. LOL Dad said “shut up and get back in the car”.

That was in the early 60’s so I can only imagine how much worse things are now!
