Oh, don’t feel like a love of cats is embarrassing if you’re a guy. I don’t see them as feminine animals at all. They’re cool little tigers, cut down to size....and the most efficient predators of all. You should get on the cat ping list!

You are right, animal experts concede the common house cat is a pure predator, the equivalent of the shark, Mutatis mutandis, a culmination of evolution. No man should be abashed about making common cause with such a successful climber of the food chain.
