At the side of the page is a scroll bar which comes in very handy when you are not interested in getting your feathers ruffled....I would suggest you make it your friend, then you will have regained your strength instead of "getting tired". It really doesn't take anything more than the use of your mouse....and won't exert you in the slightest.
