I didn't think Lugar lived in Indiana — I thought he rented a P.O. box to get his mail (to “prove” he was an IN resident). He hasn't set foot in the state for years, unless by accident.

Really, this does not bode well for Sen. Lugar’s primary chances. I hope by 10 pm tomorrow night he's out on his Alfa Sierra Sierra.
