Right. So if we wait till we’re as deep in it as they were, maybe we’ll get better results? Or maybe we should take advantage of a hard lesson learned through their misfortune, and stand our ground now, while we still have some ground left to stand on. A point will come when effective resistance will become nearly impossible. Another word for that is “too late.” Not a good idea to wait for “too late.”
