I once knew a 13 year old girl who was dating grown men and would get drunk and high and sexed while passed out at other boys houses. It was pretty messed up. Nothing I could do for her, of course.
When she got lice her grandmother, who was “raising” her, shaved her head. She was even cute bald. Sadly, I guess. Last I heard she was on welfare with a bunch of kids, no surprise.
