:: processed meats like hot dogs “kill more Americans every year than tobacco does ::

I respectfully ask PCRM* to produce ^one^ certificate of death that indicates “normal ingestion and digestion of processed meats” as the cause of death. One...that’s all..just one.

* PCRM was establish by one person who designed a letter head and used that to fax his personal opinions about medicine (mostly nution-based) to major news outlets throughout America.

Sounds like Moochelle has enlisted some liberal batch of busybodies to hound Barry about his junk food breaks from tofu burgers and arugula fries with prune juice and broccoli. Yummy! Mmmmm. Mmmmm.

Burgers get a bad rap because the meat used is usually very fatty. Unless you use a grill where the fat can drip out and cook it more that medium, a burger is in the 1000-2000 calorie range. If you don't burn those calories, you will obviously gain weight.

But I noticed something while on my quest to drop 100lbs: the lean part of beef only clocks in at around 500 calories per lb.

You can make a very nice 1/3 lb cheeseburger that comes in at less than 500 calories. Just use 95%+ ground beef or make your own by grinding lean cuts. I used to eat them all the time while losing weight.

If you like your burgers medium rare, you wont notice much of a difference in juicyness. The other benefit is that these burgers don't shrink much when you grill them.

As role model to millions of Americans, I’d like him to stop lying in public, too.

Not me dude. I want the 80/20 or 85/15 burger. 8-10 ounces of Juicy Burger to slap on a bun with a big ole slice of tamater and a think slice of onion...A little ketchup and mustard and its Heaven.

The food police can choke to death on their tofu.

Isn't Obama setting a fine example?

Look at the size of that spoonful of food- and dripping. Seen pics of Big Mo eating the same way. No manners at all.

Talking with his mouth full

We need to lose weight? Maybe Big Mo should start with herself. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

How about Obama's Surgeon General:

Or family friend Orca:

What a stain on American history these people are.

"Levin said in a statement that processed meats like hot dogs "kill more Americans every year than tobacco does, and they cost taxpayers billions of dollars in healthcare."
She cited increasing rates of obesity in the United States."

Based on the false premise that it's hamburgers and hotdogs causing obesity.

"Despite Obama's taste for unhealthy foods, some media outlets have reported that the president appears to have lost weight since beginning his term."

Imagine that.

"A release noted that eating processed meats was shown in a recent study to increase the risk of premature death."

Correlation is not causation. That study also correlated the premature death group to smoking and lethargy. But of course it must have been the meat that kills them, right?
