In my view this is criminal. Taxpayers bail out GM and the UAW and they still owe us around $20 billion. Now Government Motors makes a deal with SAIC (Chinese Govt) and gives them electric vehicle technology that R&D was subsidized by taxpayers and Obama thinks it's just wonderful.

I agree. Part of the ‘stimulus’ should have been applied to a new jail for these degenerates imo. This is fraud, as represented to the public.
