'Unable to rustle up the £15m he needed to buy his dream Ferrari, car enthusiast Chris Smart came up with an innovative solution - paint it on his garage door.

He spent two weeks sketching and painting the rare 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO with weather resistant paints.

Now neighbours and passers-by could be forgiven for thinking the customer support worker has traded in his BMW 1 Series for a classic motor.'

The paint can in the lower right corner gives it away. The Perspective is way off.

Maybe the garage floor haas a sharp slope towards the door opening to keep out the rain?

Regards,
GtG

PS The car is in a bit crooked for a garage that loaded w/ junk.

You need to post a picture of President Bush on his mountain bike next to that one of Obama. Talk about a study in contrast!

One of the greatest artists of cars is opening this week with his show called Shifting Gears: The Art of Tom Daniel.

A fabulous guy and an amazing conservative, Tom will be here Saturday night. His models for Peterbilt are legendary.

Goodness!!!!! What happened there. Wow! That’s got to be some story. I wonder a) what the driver of the truck thought when he got out of his vehicle and saw he had crashed into a garage and crushed a Ferrari; and b) what type of gun the owner of the house/car used to dispatch the truck driver.
