I’m thinking she probably knew darn well he was a snake but she married him anyway. That makes it kinda hard to feel very sorry for her.
She was an attorney, and clerked for a federal judge, so she was no star-struck teenager lusting for John Boy.
I suspect early on she aspired to the Jackie Kennedy path and later on emulated Hilldabeast.
John Boy and BJ Clinton had a lot of similarities, although John Boy wasn’t shooting blanks.
