take the water you use to soften the beans overnight and drink it.

Don't do that. It contains the tri-saccharides and the breakdown products that WILL cause gastric distress.

You may lose more water from the screaming sh@ts than you gain from the liquid.

Distill it, and it would be ok.

Hmmmm....guess you are right. Guess I’d wait til it cools to room temp and then run it through my lifsaver bottle.

Since I suggested this I think I’ll try it to see what the effects are. If it sucks as you say then I’ll know to run it through Lifesaver.

Isn’t that the stuff that Beano breaks down? Would it be good to include a couple bottles of Beano in your prep supplies, along with the beans?
