Books. Or a fully-stuffed E-reader, with several SD-Cards full of OTHER books. And at least 2 solar chargers for the Ebooks. . . .
Hand-tools. A manually-driven hand drill (the old crank-type) will be invaluable, as will good screwdrivers, a good socket set (both English and Metric), and a multi-tip screwdriver with a good set of various bits. Bunch of Vice-Grips. Good handsaws and hacksaws. Hatchet, full-size Axe, and a Splitting Maul. Shovels. Pick.
I could go on. . . .
I have that. Google Books has a bunch of old books available either in PDF or E-Pub format for free download. Lots of good info there.

A good knife....I have a real K-Bar and a EK commando. I was trying to sell the K Bar to a guy at work. I told him I wanted 50 for it and he said he only buys 10 dollar knives.
Knives are overlooked but a good multi-purpose knife is worth its wieght in Gold.
If you have the space, buy 2x4 lumber. about 20 or so. Use them for shoring up or securing damaged doors.
If you really have the space,plywood...4x8 sheets.
Yeah, I have all of that. I son’t know what to do with this shortwave radio someone gave us. I think it has a crank in case of power outage.
Any advice?
Just got back from being out and am catching up on the thread. I might find an answer ahead.
