I think at those altitudes you’d either have to ‘laze’ it (mission kill on the sensors) or hit it with some kind of guided rocket.
Bonus points for hacking the data stream & taking control of it!
If this were another country the clown on the joystick spying on his countrymen would come to an ill end.
Or foul the frequency with noise and watch the thing make a soft failsafe landing.
