Why wouldn’t it be relevant?
Zimmerman is being accused of ‘profiling’...in the indictment.
And, one of the first things he says on the phone call is ‘I think he’s on drugs’.
Wouldn’t a determination of whether or not Martin was on drugs (or otherwise intoxicated) be very relevant to proving/disproving Zimmerman’s original ‘profile’ of Martin?
This is where media malpractice needs to be brought up. Because the media has been caught in blatant lies.

I believe what needs to happen at this point is the judge needs to throw the whole thing out, because that would disable the plans the race hustlers had for this all along: to get big bucks through a civil lawsuit.
And to discourage this kind of thing, the people who made it possible need to be prosecuted or punished by the public in some way. If we don’t do something to make an example out of this, we’ll see more and more of it.
If there are going to be riots over something the evidence clearly supports, then so be it. The alternative is to let terrorism disable our entire law enforcement system and Constitutiional government. I’d rather that we have an enemy to the Constitution that we can confront and overcome, than to watch the country just go quietly away with no way to save it. If this is the battle they want to fight, I say bring it, so everybody finally knows what’s been going on while they were sleeping.
Wrong, Zimmerman was knocked to the ground and he simply blew the offending thug off of him so he could stand back up on the ground. Technically, Zimmerman laid on his ground.
That makes no sense.
If Zimmerman had Trayvon accurately pegged as being stoned it wouldn’t be because Trayvon was black - unless a person tacitly admits that all Blacks are stoned. If the prosecution wants to go there, then THEY are the ones who are racist.
If all Blacks are not stoned, then Zimmerman guessed right on Trayvon because of his BEHAVIOR. We know from Zimmerman’s call to the dispatcher that he was concerned because of the behavior he observed, and if the drug test comes back positive it would show that the behavior WAS that of somebody on drugs, just as Zimmerman suspected. It wasn’t just him imagining the behavior was suspicious because the guy was Black.
The video of Trayvon could also show the type of behavior Zimmerman might have observed. We know Trayvon didn’t walk straight from the 7-11 to home. Was he lolly-gagging? Was he casing apartments? The drug screen and video footage could tell us a lot.

One small correction. It was the undertaker who proclaimed that Trayvon had no injuries beyond the gunshot wound, not the coroner.

The results of the tox screen from the autopsy have to be in by now. The deafening silence about the results makes me about 98% certain that Trayvon Martin tested positive for drugs.
If the drug tests came back clean, you can bet the prosecution would have released or leaked the results and the left wing media and the race hustlers would be proclaiming that it “proves” Zimmerman is guilty.
BTW, Zimmerman not only described TM as behaving strangely on the 911 call, he specifically said, “he looks like he’s on drugs”. This was well before GZ was able to identify TM’s race.
A postive drug test would not only debunk the lie that GZ “racially profiled” TM, but would show that he ACCURATELY profiled him as an individual under the influence of drugs.
I wonder if the prosecution is holding back the toxiocology results, so that, after the hysteria dies down a bit, they can use the “revelation” that TM was on drugs as an excuse to finally do the right thing and drop the charges.

Let’s be real....The prosecution is proposing that Zimmerman is a racist...and that is racist.
It was a regional story until Chump got called by Martin’s sister in-law. The media circus is a complete fabrication. Its about the money, no more, no less.
Good suggestion. I would add that make sure you are armed during the time the trial goes on and be damn sure you're carrying when the verdict is read.
Who, by the way, is now in jail for killing her boyfriend.
KLBJ in Austin had this as one of the lead talk show topics this morning. One black caller made an early prediction that all the usual suspect callers would never call in and apologize for convicting GZ, even with the new evidence.
I remember him back when this story hit and he predicted there would be evidence that Martin was the one who started the series of events. Even with this coming out, there were the callers who STILL defended Martin and called the hosts racists.
One black female caller went off on the subject and said GZ was in the wrong, no matter what the evidence showed. Rush is talking about this now. Got to go listen.

ABC news is getting really schizoid on this issue. They released another story today in which they quoted the speculations of a witness who did not see the confrontation about what she “thought” George was trying to do, and credited it as if were the truth. Apparently the temptation to lapse back into the narrative dies hard.
Single bruise, one knuckle.
