Ummm, you’re not paying attention. I already pointed out that Tribe was Obama’s adviser. Why on Earth are we to think he would write an opinion that would prevent Obama from being eligible for office?? Eighteen Supreme Court justices agreed on an exclusive definition of natural-born citizen: all children born in the country to citizen parents. It requires both jus soli and jus sanguinis. It jibes with the Law of Nations. The Supreme Court is the nation’s highest judicial authority and it outweighs the opinions of Obama’s campaign adviser.

Was Ted Olson his advisor? It is a joint opinion signed by both. And what about the substance of the opinion? You just can't wish it away. Both Tribe and Olson have been mentioned as possibile SCOTUS justices. There is a reason that both political parties asked them for their opinion.

Both McCain and Obama ran for the Presidency in 2008. Obama is in the WH. He is President and Commander in Chief. He has announced he is running for reelection.

How the Hell are you going to challenge his eligibility if not thru the courts? If it is not resolved thru the courts, then what good is your citing these cases and the law? It is irrelevant.
