I agree with you. The courts are reluctant to take up the issue and undo the results of an election, especially of the first black President who is also a Nobel Prize winner. It would be an ignominious end for Obama and incite a powerful reaction by the race baiters.

The only way the courts would take up the issue is if there arises irrefutable proof that Obama is not eligible, e.g., he was born abroad, his birth certificate provided by the WH and the state of Hawaii is a forgery, Obama is holding an invalid SSN, etc. Someone with standing needs to raise the issue. AZ is headed that way.

Why can't Obama and Romney both be publicly vetted for this election coming up. Ask them the same questions and publish their answers, too.

If there is any irregularity, it can be solved before the election.

Feed Hilary, to be sure, and watch her do a humongous vetting, the likes of which have not been ever seen!
